Upton AAFC have appointed Dave Fernyhough and Dave Wright as the club's new joint management team for the forthcoming season. Everybody associated with the club would like to thank John Cadwallader (Caddy) for his service to the club over the past years. According to John he wants to retire from work in 2 years and has enough work in the pipeline to keep him fully occupied for this length of time. He has bought a cottage somewhere up in the Welsh hills near Denbigh and any spare time he has he wants to spend up there with his sheep!! We all wish him well for the future and welcome the two Dave's in their new roles. Dave F has been Caddy's assistant for many years and Dave W has been an Upton player for the past few years. They are both currently manager's of the Cheshire Youth Team and will continue in this role.
